Nomenclature rules for Pujing electronic LED digital display

1. Special display nixie tube:

Example: PJ D --- 1 C 75 -- R75 40 B -- YGRGB OY -- 1

Meaning of each part:

⑴. Short name of manufacturer: PJ -- Zhongshan Pujing Electronics

⑵. Product classification: D-Display production line

(3) Distinguishing code of different schematic diagrams:

1 -- Paragraph 1 -- Paragraph 2 -- and so on

(4) Product polarity: A -- common positive C -- common negative

⑸.  PIN pin length distinguishing code: 75 - indicates 7.5MM long

⑹.   Product shape distinguishing code: R represents rectangle, C represents circle

⑺.  Outline dimension of product: 75 refers to product length of 75mm;

(8) Outline dimension of the product: 40 means the product width is 40mm;

If the kit produced by other companies is used, the two items (7) and (8) are the models of corresponding suppliers, such as MSH2405 kit, and (7) and (8) are 24 05

(9) Distinguishing code of moulds with the same size: 75mm * 40mm, the letter A is not required for the first paragraph, but PJD-C11-R7540-1-1;

In the second paragraph of 75mm * 40mm, the letter B needs to be added. At this time, the model is PJD-C11-R7540B-1-1;

The third paragraph needs to add the letter C, and so on;

(10) Distinguishing code of luminous color of the product: if red is R, then red+emerald green is RG, and so on; RV refers to the high wave band of red light. If the color is multi-colored but the luminous position is different, the color is followed by a number number, such as RG1;

(11) Distinguishing code of product surface film: for example, the first film is 1, the second film is 2, and so on;

AB -- AB circuit board CD -- CD circuit board and so on

(4) PIN pin length distinguishing code: 75 - indicates 7.5MM long

⑸.  Represents 8 digits 1: represents one digit, 2: represents two digits

(6).  Product polarity: 1 -- common positive 2 -- common negative

(7) The model of the corresponding supplier's kit: for example, WD04041, it is 40. If the same nixie tube is replaced by a kit supplier (7), it will not be changed;

(8) The product REF covers are distinguished, such as the first cover with 1=0.4 and the second cover with 2=0.4. Refer to the supplier's cover number;

(9) Differentiation of different suppliers of products, such as A for XX and B for XX;

(10).  Distinguishing code of luminous color of products: if red is R, then red+emerald green is RG, and so on; RV refers to the high wave band of red light; If the fruit is multicolored but the luminous position is different, the color is followed by a number number, such as RG1;
