Workers production has a "power assistant"

In the company's second floor product display area, all kinds of LED panels in a wide range, in addition to ordinary LCD, there are touch finished products. "We are the only one in Huangpu town specializing in the production of LED display panels, products are mainly supplied to the United States, Haier, Huadi, Grants, Rong Shi Da and other enterprises, some of which can account for 30% of the total share of enterprise purchases." Xiong Qinglin introduced.
Pu crystal photoelectric was established in 2013, the product involves household appliances, automotive, medical equipment, lighting and other fields, including LED digital color screen, LED digital tube, LED dot matrix block and other series. At the end of last year, the company purchased more than 10 million yuan of imported ultrasonic welding machine, solid crystal machine, automatic detection machine and a number of machines for the front process production. At the beginning of this year, this batch of equipment in the clean room officially put into use, from solid crystal, welding to detection are carried out by manual and machine cooperation.
Labor costs cut in half, 10 times higher production capacity
"Previously, the production of the same LED display capacity required 60 to 70 people to work together to complete the semi-automatic capacity of 1,500 points per hour, which was about one-tenth of the current capacity in 2017. Today, we have reached a capacity of 15,000 dots per hour per machine." Xiong Qinglin said that compared to the semi-automatic mode, not only has the production capacity increased by 10 times after the machine was put into production, but the straight-through rate of the previous process has also increased from 80% to more than 98%.
Xiong Qinglin said that the improvement in quality has also lowered the average unit price of materials, which used to be $1 per unit, but is now about 60 cents. And production efficiency and quality improvements have directly driven up orders. "The company's sales this year are seven or eight times higher than before."
The operation of the machine has reduced the manpower required for the production of the previous process, before 60 people to produce LED displays, now 30 people can complete the production. "Today workers' wages only account for 20% of the cost of the business." Xiong Qinglin said.
